Job summary

HDR is seeking a Substation EPC Program Lead to drive the substation scope within large, multidisciplinary EPC programs. You will lead technical delivery, coordinate with contractor partners, and advise clients on design, permitting, constructability, and outages.

Direct and mentor HDR staff and subconsultants, monitor scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with contract requirements. A PE license, 10 years of related experience, PMP certification, and willingness to travel are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating & scheduling software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead substation scope within large, multidisciplinary EPC programs, focusing on technical delivery and coordination with contractor partners.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and execution aspects of substation development, including design, permitting, constructability and outages.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of substation scope execution, coordinating with the EPC contractor responsible for construction.
