Chimes is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping across designated work areas. You will create and edit shifts using an electronic system, forecast needs with department managers, and handle real-time adjustments to cover vacancies.

Strong communication with multiple stakeholders is required, with flexibility for varying shifts. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree (or related experience) and at least 2 years of staffing/scheduling software

Formación

Associate's degree preferred or related experience.
2 years' experience with staffing/scheduling software.
Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

Create and edit schedules for IDD departments into the electronic scheduling system following all agency policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare accurate daily and/or shift work schedules, which reflect forecasted needs in collaboration with department managers.
Approve or deny all schedule requests based on the needs of individuals and the program.
Balance and publish schedules at the end of the self-scheduling period to ensure shifts are covered.
Adjust the schedule to accommodate needs through acquiring additional personnel or reducing scheduled staff.
