Job summary

Chimes International LTD. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping for designated work areas. You will create and edit shifts, handle timecards, and mobilize staff for last-minute needs while coordinating with multiple leaders.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or related experience and at least 2 years using staffing software, with strong communication and organizational skills to support programs and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or related experience.
• 2 years' experience with staffing/scheduling software.
• Experience using electronic staffing systems and coordinating resources across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit schedules for designated departments in the electronic scheduling system following agency policies.
• Prepare accurate daily and shift schedules reflecting forecasted needs in collaboration with department managers.
• Approve or deny schedule requests based on individuals' needs and program requirements.
• Balance and publish schedules to ensure shifts are covered.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate staffing by contacting available personnel for appropriate supports.
• Receive sick calls and manage unplanned shift vacancies.
• Maintain daily schedules and communicate critical staffing needs to Scheduling Manager.
• Assist with allocation of agency resources and other duties as assigned.
