Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in an assisted living and memory care setting. The role includes screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning, with supervision of Rehab Techs and coordination with the care team.

We expect a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires travel between facilities and adherence to professional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP therapy and related services.

• Ensure compliant documentation and billing per regulations.
• Maintain patient rights, infection control, and safety policies.
