Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. You will screen, evaluate, plan care, discharge planning, supervise assistants, and manage casework while upholding Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP state license where applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs.
• Ensure compliant billing and documentation in the medical record.
• Travel between facilities during scheduled hours.
