Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care setting. The role involves screening, evaluation, and developing treatment plans that align with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, case management, and supervising Rehab Techs within a collaborative, patient-centered team. Qualified candidates will maintain licensure and travel between facilities as needed.
