Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for residents in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans while maintaining compliance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.

You will supervise Rehab Techs, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and billing in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the applicable state.
• Competencies include teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP therapy and screenings to residents.
• Develop and manage initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Rehab Techs and assistants during group and individual therapy.
• Ensure compliance with OBRA, state, and federal regulations.
