Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across independent living, assisted living and memory care settings. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise rehab aides.

Maintain professional conduct and comply with OBRA and state guidelines while collaborating with facilities and interdisciplinary teams. You will contribute to program development, patient care, and ongoing professional education,

Qualifications

• Demonstrates clinical problem-solving to identify issues and plan actions.
• Works well in a team and with interdisciplinary staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Reads, writes, and comprehends English in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology therapy and related services to patients.
• Screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning, case management, and supervision of assistants.
• Supervise Rehab techs and promote efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and billing standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
