Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care settings. You will screen residents, evaluate and treat referred patients, and work within an interdisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising Rehab techs and developing a comprehensive SLP program while maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid SLP state license where applicable.
• Experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct, and oversee speech therapy in IL/AL/memory care settings.
• Screen residents as appropriate.
• Evaluate and treat referred patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Supervise Rehab techs during group and individual treatments.
• Develop and implement new programs to enhance rehabilitation services.
• Infection control and patient safety adherence.
