Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Shoreline, WA, is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time and PRN positions in our in-house rehab program. You will conduct screenings, deliver rehabilitative therapies, and create discharge summaries while supporting geriatric patients.

We seek licensed SLPs at all experience levels; new grads are welcome to apply. The role involves in-house care within a value-driven Ensign affiliate network, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop and implement care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Role includes standing/walking and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
