Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-house rehab role. The position offers stable teamwork within an Ensign-affiliate network and serves geriatric patients on recovery journeys.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, delivering therapeutic interventions, documenting discharge summaries, and collaborating with families and care teams. Licensure as an SLP is required; new grads are welcome. Full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Stand/walk, lift and transfer patients and equipment as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families and caregivers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries compliant with regulations.
