Job summary

Olympia Transitional Care in Olympia, WA, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to support geriatric patients in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities include screening and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing care plans; evaluating outcomes; and producing discharge summaries. Licensure is required; new grads welcome; CAPLICO values guide our care approach.

Qualifications

Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
Open to SLPs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders with regulatory compliance.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
