Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time in-house rehab program at Cedar Hill Post-Acute and Rehab. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders as part of our geriatric care team.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with communication disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions for patients with communication disorders in a geriatric setting.
• Manage patient transfers, assistive devices, and wound care as part of rehabilitation plan.
• Provide counseling to patients and families and generate discharge summaries.
• Ensure treatments comply with regulatory and clinical standards.
