Flagship Therapy in West Seattle, WA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time and PRN roles in our in-house rehab program. Join an expanding team delivering in-house therapy to geriatric clients, with a stable, supportive environment and values-driven culture.

You will screen and evaluate patients, plan and provide rehabilitative interventions, assist with discharge summaries, and collaborate with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• SLP license is required.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – FULL TIME and PRN – WEST SEATTLE, WA

Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign-affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us in West Seattle, WA. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated Full Time and PRN Speech-Language Pathologists for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
