Flagship Therapy in Greenville, FL invites a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program on a full-time basis. The role supports geriatric patients and requires providing screen, evaluation, and skilled therapy in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation to develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for physical functioning disorders.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting and transfers as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including exercises and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries to comply with regulations.
