Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience organizing and planning events/special activities.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and working with community partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the organization's special events and community outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate volunteers, partners, and program activities for events.
• Manage budgets for events and programs.
• Oversee the Life Book and Junior League program activities and scheduling.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Outreach team.
