The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; hybrid work after four months in office.

The Special Projects Coordinator plans and executes Child Advocates’ special events and community outreach initiatives while coordinating volunteers, partners, and program activities. This role manages projects such as Childspree, the Holiday Party, Santa’s Wish List, Young Professionals for Children (YPC), the Special Needs Program, and Junior League programs, while providing administrative and database support to the Community Outreach team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and building positive relationships with volunteers and community partners.
