Job summary

New Vista KY in Somerset, KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee programmatic and administrative activities on the assigned shift. You will ensure safety and rights of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinating with Shift Coordinators and enforcing time and attendance policies.

The role requires IID experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with competitive benefits and opportunities for ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for transportation duties and shift coverage.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Responsibilities

They coordinate, supervise, and assist with activities on assigned shift and will coordinate with the Shift Coordinators that time and attendance policies are enforced. The Shift Supervisor adheres to responsibilities outlined in off-campus trips policy and takes responsibility to become familiar with policies and procedures and adhere to as warranted.

Requirements
