Job summary

Community Services Group seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of one or more community homes and related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role requires supervising direct support staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety, and promoting community engagement within the IDD residential program. A valid driver's license and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor of direct support staff; assist in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in on-call system for Supervisors.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Develop schedules and activities; promote community participation.
• Coordinate transportation for individuals to meetings and activities.
• Coordinate services and communicate with families and professionals as needed.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds; manage petty cash.
• Adhere to program budget for food, supplies and operations.
• Follow professional code of ethics.
