Journeys DDA, a division of Caregiver, Inc., in Boise, ID, is hiring a Developmental Specialist/Supervisor for its adult IDD program. The role leads staff, manages caseloads, conducts functional assessments, and ensures high-quality, person-centered services in a therapeutic environment.

Full-time, in-person work schedule Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO. The program emphasizes ethical practices and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, objectives, and assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing direct support staff with training, coaching and evaluations.
• Case management for caseloads and functional assessments.
• Maintain compliant documentation and billing; ensure regulatory adherence.
