New Vista KY in Louisville, KY is seeking a compassionate supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This is a full-time evening shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Wednesday through Saturday) with a rotating schedule and potential overtime.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and two years in the mental health or developmental disability field, plus a valid driver's license.

This is a full-time position. Employee will work a rotating schedule as needed to provide direct supervision of direct care staff and supervision of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As this is a residential setting, employees are assigned shifts. Employee must be able to flex hours and must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.
