Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Bay Minette, Alabama, to oversee security staff on the assigned shift and ensure delivery of quality services at the client site.

You will liaise with site supervision, Account Manager, and field officers; coach staff; prepare written reports; maintain procedures; and demonstrate strong customer service while complying with background checks, drug testing, and driving license requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years security experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record requirements.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at client site and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate security services.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and client expectations.
