Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services for students aged 5–21 with diverse needs, including autism and emotional disabilities. The contract runs ASAP through June 28, 2027, with regular hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM during the academic year and 7:45 AM–2:15 PM for summer sessions.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-based treatment plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in school settings is preferred, especially with special needs populations.
• Comfort with evaluations, assessments, observations, and report writing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Commitment to serving students with autism, emotional disabilities, developmental delays, and related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to meet students’ IEP goals.
• Observe, assess, and monitor progress with detailed reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families.
• Support students within inclusive and specialized classrooms; adapt approaches as needed.
