Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person contract in a school setting for the upcoming academic year. You will work within a dynamic educational community, delivering targeted therapy to students and collaborating with teachers to improve communication outcomes.

The role includes administering assessments, developing IEP-based plans, and attending district meetings (August 7) to ensure a smooth start and lasting impact on student learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFs considered
• School-based SLP experience or interest in K-12
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with educators and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Complete assessments, screenings, and evaluations as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough student records
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech and language development
