Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Providence, RI is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with developmental and intellectual disabilities in an in-person school setting. You will manage a caseload of 18–22 students aged 5 to 22, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements: RI SLP license required; ASHA CCC or CFY eligible; experience in schools and with neurodiverse populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services on-site to students with diverse needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and speech therapy goals.
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, behavioral staff, and other professionals.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with families and team members.
• Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as appropriate.
