Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct services to school-aged students within a dynamic educational setting.

The role requires Maryland licensure and CCC-SLP credentials, with collaboration among educators and allied professionals to support diverse learners and an inclusive environment. The contract spans through June 17th, 2027 and offers benefits and housing support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP License required.
• CCC-SLP certification required or preferred.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans for diverse students.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students, adapting strategies to individual needs.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for eligible students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
