Qualifications

• Master's degree is required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active TX license as SLP required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel in clear, compassionate terms.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPA staff in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to guide intervention adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support student needs.
