Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication and learning in schools. You will conduct evaluations, develop evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with ARD committees to meet IEP goals.

The role offers starting pay at $55.00 per hour, benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with matching, professional development reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Texas SLP licensure is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand each student’s needs and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted interventions aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to guide intervention adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions to support student needs.
