Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify therapy needs.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with ARD teams.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise SLPAs to meet IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed records and adapt interventions based on progress.
• Collaborate with ARD meetings, parent conferences, and teams.
