Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication needs in the school setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, plan interventions, and collaborate with ARD teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy services.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel in clear communication.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPAs on IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to guide intervention adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support students’ needs.
