Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students' communication and language development in Crowley, Texas. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with educators, parents, and specialists.

The position offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) with a elementary caseload, competitive pay based on experience, and benefits. You will work directly with students and contribute to IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
