Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in Crowley, TX. The full‑time position supports an elementary caseload of 70–80 students across potentially multiple locations, with a 37.5 hour workweek and ASAP start through May 21, 2027.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, TX state licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP. Competitive pay ($40+), benefits, and direct deposit are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
