Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an Instructional Support Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work with teachers and support staff to help students develop academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and life skills in a collaborative school setting.

Responsibilities include one-on-one, small-group, and classroom support in both general education and special education settings. A compassionate, patient approach and strong communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities
