Job summary

ESS Clinical is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based roles in Columbus, OH, offering full-time, part-time, or per-case options. The position supports PreK–12 students, with school-hour schedules and immediate start.

Compensation starts at 40 USD per hour, with benefits eligibility based on hours and a W2 arrangement. Responsibilities include evaluations, therapy plan development, direct services, progress monitoring, team collaboration, and MTSS/RTI involvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license (state-specific)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting student speech, language, and communication development

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group)
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate
