Job summary

PSI Solutions in Cleveland, OH seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based therapy. This full- or part-time role offers school-hours schedules, with assignments across PreK–12 and nearby districts for the 2026-2027 year.

You’ll evaluate, plan individualized therapy, and collaborate with psychologists, counselors, and educators to support MTSS/RTI. LSLP licensed professionals with strong teamwork and a passion for student development will find mentorship and ongoing clinical support,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for helping students' speech and language development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group).
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate.
