Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based positions in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding suburbs. Roles include school hours Monday–Friday with 7-hour days, full-time or part-time options, and a start for 2026–2027 school year under W2 benefits eligibility.

We offer strong clinical mentorship, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and district partnerships to support students’ speech, language, and communication development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid SLP license (state-specific) is required.
• School-based experience preferred, but mentorship is available for newer professionals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for supporting student speech, language, and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group).
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support MTSS/RTI initiatives as appropriate.
