Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• ASHA CCC preferred; strong CF candidates may be considered.
• Experience providing speech-language services in schools.
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans within a multi-disciplinary team
• Provide direct intervention to students in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
