Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based assignments in Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding suburbs. The role offers full-time and part-time options with school-hour schedules and W2 employment with benefits.

You will evaluate and treat students from PreK through 12th grade, collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in MTSS/RTI initiatives while receiving clinical mentorship and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid SLP license (state-specific) required.
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group).
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate.
