Job summary

Expanse seeks a dedicated HSE & Training Coordinator to develop and deliver safety training across company operations. You will work with HSE and Operations leadership to identify training needs, track certifications, and maintain records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Training & Development, Education, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, schedule, and deliver safety training programs across operations.
• Identify training requirements based on job duties, policies, regulatory requirements, and customer requirements.
• Maintain training histories, certifications, and expiration dates; track attendance and assessments.
• Travel to field and customer locations to conduct or coordinate training as required.
• Support OSHA, NFPA, DOT, API, EPA, DOE, and customer training requirements.
