West Bay RI is seeking compassionate Residential Managers to lead teams serving individuals with I/DD, fostering independence and a home-like environment built on dignity and connection.

As a Manager or Assistant Manager you will hire, train and support Direct Support Professionals, supervise staffing and budgets, and coordinate with clinical teams and families to meet each person’s goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in residential services for people with I/DD
• 2–3 years working as a Direct Support Professional
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, plus documentation proficiency

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing, household and vehicle maintenance, manage budgets and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support behavioral health needs and family communications
• Set the tone for team culture and ensure quality of care and belonging
