Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a Full-Time Residential House Manager to lead a home and support a team of Direct Support Professionals. You will ensure respectful, individualized support promotes independence, dignity, health, safety, and community involvement.

You will oversee staffing, health and safety procedures, documentation, and after-hours responses, while coaching staff to deliver person-centered plans and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals preferred.
• Ability to coach employees and manage competing demands.

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and residential coverage.
• Help employees follow individualized support plans.
• Promote personal choice, privacy, dignity, and community participation.
• Oversee health, safety, medication, documentation, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming home.
• Review records for accuracy and timely completion.
• Communicate with residents, families, guardians, case managers, clinicians, and partners.
• Respond to after-hours or emergency needs.
