Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent program supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, hire, terminate, and evaluate personnel.
• Strong communication and judgment; basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client transport.

Responsibilities

• Offer supervision to staff and clients to support program success.
• Manage administrative processes with the Administrative Director.
• Schedule staff across the program for coverage and economy.
• Interpret and monitor program budgets and expenses.
• Conduct staff meetings and supervise assigned personnel.
• Assist individuals in obtaining services and entitlements.
• Maintain relationships with outside agencies and complete investigations.
• Develop community-centered opportunities and audit records regularly.
• Travel between programs, offices, trainings, and meetings and respond to crises.
