Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering a customer-focused experience. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing client needs and applying product knowledge to secure sales.

This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel within the territory, and strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear client understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure completion.
