The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry skills, EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications, supervisory experience, and strong customer service. Days/evenings/weekends availability; on-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry skills are needed.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications and a CPO certification are required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff in multi-family housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure community and grounds are in good repair and safe for residents.
• Inspect properties, coordinate lawn and outdoor maintenance with vendors.
• Respond to repair requests and prep apartments for new residents.
• Maintain safety procedures and report incidents per OSHA guidelines.
