Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to maintain and repair multifamily properties in Charlotte, NC. The role involves preventive maintenance, quick repairs, and customer-focused service to residents and teams.

You will report to the Community Manager and join a culture that values growth, collaboration, and reliability. A High School diploma plus relevant certifications and 1–3 years of property management experience are preferred, with benefits and scheduling support

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management or maintenance roles.
• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred.
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property condition and promptly correct unsafe conditions.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and repair routine maintenance issues and complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, and management.
• Maintain leasing office and common areas.
