Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a program administrator to coordinate daily activities of research grants and support the program team.

You will work closely with faculty investigators and the Program Director to help achieve each grant's goals. Responsibilities include developing grant materials, maintaining databases, managing timelines, budgeting, staff recruitment and training, and organizing meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop grant materials including intervention materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
• Maintain comprehensive databases and files related to each grant.
• Track deadlines and grant components to maintain program timelines.
• Coordinate and assist in the maintenance of the grant budget.
• Assist in recruitment and training of program staff.
• Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and events.
• Conduct or coordinate training for research participants.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.
• Report program data and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide input on program design and participate in committees.
