Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related administrative roles.
• Experience supporting research training or grant submissions is a plus.
• Strong data management and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional training grant activities for Graduate School and Cancer Center programs, including undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral training grants.
• Develop and maintain submission timelines to ensure timely completion of all components.
• Organize materials, biosketches, appendices, and tables for grant submissions.
• Edit and proofread grant components for consistency and sponsor compliance.
• Provide support for eBridge proposal preparation and submission.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with Program Directors and grant staff.
• Collaborate with institutional grant support staff throughout proposal development and submission.
• Assist with continuation and renewal submissions by coordinating updates to trainee and faculty data.
• Coordinate Cancer Center training grant activities across programs.
