Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate and Workplace Project Specialist to coordinate office renovations, relocations, and capital improvements across the organization’s real estate portfolio.

The role supports the Senior Real Estate and Workplace Lead by translating approved strategies into actionable project deliverables. The position involves day-to-day project coordination, vendor management, schedule and budget tracking, design documentation, and on-site execution support,

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.
• Understanding of construction phases from design to closeout.
• Proficient in AutoCAD design and drafting.
• Strong project management skills with multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support workplace and construction projects, including renovations, relocations, expansions, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and status reporting with leadership.
• Assist procurement activities: vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, and invoice review.
• Track project budgets and expenses, flag variances, and support cost-control efforts.
• Coordinate move management, space requests, and hybrid work initiatives.
• Develop and maintain space layouts using AutoCAD and document finishes, furniture, and materials.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, IT, security, and internal stakeholders for design alignment.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors, contractors, and consultants, supporting RFPs, site visits, and issue tracking.
• Ensure projects follow safety, sustainability, and building codes.
• Support continuous improvement of workplace processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimal disruption.
• Attend required training and meetings.
