Wounded Warrior Project in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Real Estate and Workplace Project Specialist to coordinate office renovations, relocations, expansions, and capital improvements across the organization’s real estate portfolio.

You will translate approved strategies into actionable deliverables, manage schedules, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site execution while supporting the Senior Real Estate & Workplace Lead. Hybrid work schedule available.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in workplace planning or real estate support.
• Three years of experience using AutoCAD.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in nonprofit sector preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget tracking with the Senior Real Estate & Workplace Lead.
• Assist with procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, and invoice review.
• Develop and maintain test fits, space plans, floor plans, elevations, and workplace layouts using AutoCAD; track seating and utilization data.
• Coordinate site visits, issue tracking, punch lists, and closeout documentation with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow organizational standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
