Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Facilities/Real Estate professional to support workplace and construction projects, including renovations and relocations. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and procurement while maintaining alignment with branding and standards.

The role requires at least three years of workplace planning and AutoCAD experience, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in workplace planning, space planning, real estate support, construction management, or a related field.
• Three years of experience using AutoCAD design and drafting technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of workplace and construction projects, including office renovations, relocations, expansions, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and status reporting with Senior Real Estate & Workplace Lead to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Assist with procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, and invoice review.
• Track project budgets and expenses, flag variances, and support cost-control efforts.
• Coordinate move management, space requests, and workplace initiatives related to hybrid work and branding alignment.
• Develop and maintain space plans, floor plans, elevations, and workplace layouts using AutoCAD; track seating, occupancy, and utilization data.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, IT, security, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and standards.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors, contractors, furniture dealers, and consultants; support RFPs, site visits, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure projects follow safety, sustainability, and building code requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and minimal disruption during projects.
• Attend required trainings and meetings as part of professional development.
• Other related duties as assigned.
